CGR Services is seeking a Mill Operator for the Winton mill in Southland, New Zealand. The role involves hands-on operation of the mill floor, assisting feed production, and supporting the broader team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Full training provided with no experience required. You’ll learn the full mill operation, gain practical skills, and work within NZ's largest farming co-operative network. A stable 45-hour roster offers consistent hours and income.

Qualifications

• Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.
• Comfortable with physical tasks and manual handling.

Responsibilities

• Operate on the mill floor as part of daily production
• Measure and add ingredients to ensure quality feed
• Load and unload trucks
• Bag and handle feed products
• Identify issues and help keep operations smooth
• Learn different parts of the mill operation as skills grow
