Job summary

Tegel Foods Ltd in New Zealand's Auckland region is seeking a Feedmill Machine Operator to run the plant and ensure products are produced safely and efficiently. You will operate plant machinery, monitor controls, and work as part of a supportive team.

This hands-on role requires experience with manufacturing environments, comfort with computer-controlled systems, and a commitment to health and safety. Upcoming shifts include various 8-hour patterns with overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or food processing environment is required.
• Experience operating machinery and plant equipment.
• Confidence using computer-controlled systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure production runs safely and to quality standards.
• Weigh in/out of raw material trucks on arrival and departure.
• Complete all required documentation accurately.
• Fill mill bins and unload raw material trucks.
• Batch and mix feed.
• Store pallets and perform general cleaning of the mill.
