Job summary

Responsibilities

• Follows set routines for timely and accurate order fulfillment; ensures online orders are picked correctly and meet freshness standards.
• Leads the team to ensure correct work completion, provides on-the-job training and coaching, and acts as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts.
• Identifies and escalates process-related issues to the Function Lead for resolution.
• Champions a safe, healthy work environment by following safety protocols and prioritizing team wellbeing.
• Participates in team collaboration and communication initiatives to foster a positive environment.
