• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

• Experience in retail, merchandising or product-focused settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with global suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate information on time.
• Maintain product data, pricing and imagery to keep systems and customer info up to date.
• Coordinate samples, product reviews, photography and advertising within critical timelines.
• Support promotional planning and advertising administration.
• Act as the key contact for category-related queries from stores.
• Provide administrative and systems support to Category Buyers.
• Collaborate with the wider Merchandise team to deliver seamless outcomes.
