Job summary

Hobsonville Family Doctors, a modern general practice in Auckland, seeks an approachable administrative assistant to join a friendly health team. You will manage front desk and phone duties, maintain patient flow and deliver high-quality service across all age groups.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years in administration and customer service, be well presented, organised, and capable of multitasking in a busy environment. Training and uniform provided; free parking available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years Administration and Customer Service experience.
• Confident and adaptable to learning new skills.

Responsibilities

• Front desk and telephone duties with a warm and confident manner.
• Multitask in a busy team environment.
• Be available to work a fixed 3-day weekly roster with flexibility to cover shifts within 6:45 AM to 7:30 PM.

About the role

Ideal candidates will:

• Be available to work a fixed 3-day weekly roster with open flexibility to cover varying rostered shifts within our full 6:45 AM to 7:30 PM operating window as needed
• Have strong administrative and computer skills
• Have a warm and confident front desk & telephone manner
• Be organised and well presented
• Be able to multitask within a busy team environment
• Be available to work during school holidays
