Allevia Radiology is seeking a casual Medical Receptionist to join the team on an as-needed basis to cover shifts at our central Auckland branches, Epsom and CBD. The role suits a friendly, people-oriented individual who thrives in a front-desk environment and can engage with patients and clinicians with ease.

Experience in reception or customer service in healthcare is preferred, and strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in reception and customer service in healthcare preferred.
• Good computer literacy with ability to learn new systems quickly; experience with healthcare software a plus.
• Strong attention to privacy and accuracy.
• Clear, calm and friendly communication with patients and clinicians.
• Flexibility to cover a variety of shifts across locations.

Allevia Radiology is looking for acasualMedical Receptionist to jointhe team on an as-needed, as-available basis to cover shifts at our central Auckland branches i.e. Epsom and CBD.

This opportunity is perfect for a friendly and enthusiastic people person who thrives in a customer facing role, is confident interacting with a range of patients and clinicians and has the flexibility to cover shifts across both these locations when required. While previous experience in healthcare is an advantage, training and ongoing support will be provided, so to thrive in this role you'll need a natural curiosity and appetite for learning!

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, scheduling appointments & bookings ideally in a healthcare environment
• Excellent computer literacy, and the ability to pick up new systems quickly, experience with COMRAD would be an advantage
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and respect of Privacy
• The ability to communicate clearly & effectively in a calm and friendly manner
• The availability and flexibility to cover a variety of shifts when required
