Job summary

Allevia Radiology is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for our Molecular Imaging team on a casual basis. The role covers shifts across our Epsom, Takapuna, and Milford branches, supporting patient flow and coordinating appointments with clinicians.

Training and support are provided to thrive in a caring, customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will bring reception or front-douse experience, friendly communication, attention to privacy, and flexibility to cover various shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, scheduling appointments & bookings ideally in a healthcare environment
• Excellent computer literacy, ability to learn new systems quickly; COMRAD experience is an advantage
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and respect of privacy
• Clear and friendly communication; ability to cover various shifts when required

Responsibilities

• Support patient flow and scheduling across Molecular Imaging sites
• Interact with patients and clinicians in a calm, professional manner
• Maintain accurate records and protect patient privacy
• Assist with general reception duties as needed

We're looking for aPatient Care Coordinatorto join our Molecular Imaging teamon acasual basis to cover shifts at our branches in Epsom, Takapuna and Milford.

If your looking for a healthcare based role that will utilise your caring nature and customer service skills, and you are confident interacting with a range of patients and clinicians, then this is the perfect opportunity for you. While previous experience in healthcare is an advantage, training and ongoing support will be provided, so to thrive in this role you'll need a natural curiosity and appetite for learning!
