Job summary

Arjo is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician in Auckland to perform preventive and reactive maintenance on medical devices, plus installation and commissioning. You will engage with customers, ensure system safety, and operate with Arjo values.

This full-time role includes a company vehicle, mobile phone and laptop, with travel across Auckland and the North Island as required. Key candidates will hold EAS or EST qualifications and EWRB registration, have a clean driver's licence, and

Qualifications

• Electrical service qualifications and EWRB registration are required.
• Experience servicing medical devices and equipment is desirable.
• Strong problem solving and fault finding with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair and test Arjo products at customer sites.
• Ensure safety and integrity of serviced products per policy.
• Install systems to full working capacity and train operators.
• Promote Arjo services and service contracts to customers.
• Travel around Auckland and the upper North Island; possible national travel.
• Provide a company vehicle, mobile phone and laptop.
