Tiaki Wai, in partnership with Fulton Hogan, is seeking a Mechanical Apprentice to join our Utilities team in Wellington. You will undertake a structured three-year apprenticeship to become a trade-qualified Industrial Fitter, maintaining critical water infrastructure across the Wellington region.
You will work with experienced tradespeople, learn to diagnose faults, and progressively take on more responsibility while contributing to reliable water services for communities.

We're looking for a Mechanical Apprentice to join our Utilities team. Through a structured apprenticeship programme and on-the-job training, you'll develop the skills and experience required to become a trade-qualified Industrial Fitter, helping maintain critical water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure across the Wellington region.
As a Mechanical Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced tradespeople maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment at pump stations and utility assets across the Three Waters network. You'll progressively build your technical skills, take on increasing responsibility, and contribute to providing reliable water services to our communities.
