Job summary

Skippers Canyon Jet in Queenstown, New Zealand, seeks a hardworking technician to maintain a fleet including jetboats, Toyota coasters and OKA 4x4s with ancillary equipment.

You will perform routine servicing and repairs, ensure compliance with NZTA and Maritime NZ regulations, and contribute to a capable, team-oriented workshop environment located at both the Queenstown workshop and the Skippers Canyon base 22km away.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining jetboats and marine/industrial diesel engines.
• Proven fabrication and mechanical repair skills.
• Able to work well in a small team and adapt to varied tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing and repairs on the fleet (jetboats, Toyota coasters, OKA 4x4s and ancillary machinery).
• Ensure maintenance complies with NZTA and Maritime NZ regulations.
• Work across Queenstown industrial workshop and Skippers Canyon base as required.

Skippers Canyon Jet – Queenstown, South Island

Skippers Canyon Jet is seeking a hardworking and motivated individual to maintain a fleet of 5 commercial jetboats, 6 Toyota coasters, 4 OKA 4x4's and ancillary machinery.

The role involves routine servicing and repairs to all equipment exceeding NZTA and Maritime NZ regulations, ideal candidates will have a jetboating background along with automotive diesel and general fabricator experience.

Work locations are split between the Queenstown industrial place workshop and the Skippers Canyon base 22km from Queenstown.

The ideal applicant will be of a cheerful disposition and works well in a team environment.

Investment opportunities for Shares in the company are currently available for purchase from minor shareholdings to full ownership

Heavy diesel and Goldmining experience would be a bonus.
