Job summary

Silver Fern Farms in Christchurch is seeking a Trainer for our Belfast Operations team on a fixed-term basis. You will design and deliver training to ensure staff perform safely, confidently, and to high quality standards, supported by the Employment & Training Coordinator and site teams.

The role focuses on health and safety, competency development, and alignment with industry standards. You will coach staff, maintain records, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in training staff in manufacturing or production settings.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver training programmes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team members to support operational success.
• Coordinate training activities to meet quality standards.
• Maintain accurate training records and monitor outcomes.
