Job summary

NUMA Skin & Body Club is seeking a skilled Massage Therapist and/or Intermediate Skin and Beauty Therapist to join Wellington's boutique skin, health and wellness team. You'll work on a pre-booked diary, delivering high-standard treatments and care to clients who already look forward to your sessions.

This is a genuine, flexible role with training and support to grow your craft. You will be NZQA-qualified or Level 4 beauty therapist with 3+ years hands-on experience, comfortable in relaxation

Qualifications

• NZQA-qualified massage therapist or NZQA Level 4 qualified beauty therapist at intermediate level with typically 3+ years hands-on experience.
• Confident in relaxation and remedial techniques; bonus points for Swedish or Lymphatic Drainage massage experience.
• Able to work a minimum of one weekend day every week.
• Reliable and genuinely cares about client outcomes and comfort; team player and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver relaxation, remedial, and other contracted massage treatments or advanced skin treatments as part of NUMA's broader offering.
• Work to a pre-booked diary, delivering exceptional treatments to clients.
• Build real, recurring relationships with clients through consistent care.
• Cover front-of-house when not booked, alongside the team.
• Follow NUMA's systems, hygiene standards, and treatment protocols; provide training to help clients achieve outcomes.
