Novotel Tainui Hamilton is seeking a creative, digitally savvy Marketing Coordinator to lead marketing and communications for Novotel & ibis Tainui Hamilton. The role is hands-on and ideal for someone ready to make their mark with fresh ideas and immediate impact.

We’re looking for someone who loves creating engaging content, growing social media presence and staying ahead of the latest digital and marketing trends, bringing energy to a dynamic hotel team.

Qualifications

• Strong social media, digital marketing and content creation skills.
• Photography, videography and short-form video skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a genuine interest in emerging digital trends.
• Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, EDM/CRM and Google Analytics is preferred.
• Fun, positive and energetic personality with a passion for working with people.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and communications across two leading hotel brands (Novotel & ibis Tainui Hamilton).
• Create engaging content and grow social media presence.
