We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing Coordinator to provide hands-on coordination, administrative and delivery support across our Marketing & Fundraising Team.
With a particular focus on supporting our marketing and communications activity, you will help keep campaigns, workflows and digital channels moving. You will coordinate timelines, prepare and distribute content and collateral, support fundraising initiatives and provide practical day-to-day assistance to the wider team.
This is an execution-focused role where no two days will be the same. You will work across a variety of marketing, communications and fundraising activities, using your attention to detail and strong organisational skills to help ensure work is delivered accurately, consistently and on time.
Support website content updates, email communications and social media scheduling.
Assist with the setup, testing and scheduling of email campaigns.
Coordinate timelines, logistics and assets for marketing and fundraising campaigns and appeals.
Support peer-to-peer fundraising activity, including page setup, supporter communications and reporting.
Coordinate materials, information and digital support for national campaigns and regional fundraising initiatives.
Assist with the creation, formatting and distribution of marketing and communications collateral.
Complete basic design tasks, content updates and copywriting using approved templates and tools.
Track tasks, deadlines and dependencies to support smooth and timely delivery.
Coordinate information from internal teams and external suppliers.
Maintain organised files, records and asset libraries.
Support reporting, analysis and data gathering across marketing and communications activity.

You will ideally bring:
A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, fundraising or a related field, or equivalent experience.
One to three years’ experience in a marketing, communications or fundraising coordination or support role.
Experience supporting campaigns, digital activity or communications delivery.
Strong organisational and coordination skills.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of website content management systems, email platforms and social media.
Competency across Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
A proactive, reliable and collaborative approach.
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
The ability to take direction while also working independently.
