EBOS Group is seeking a Marketing Co-Ordinator NZ to support marketing, sales and customer engagement across the Healthcare business. You will coordinate development and delivery of promotional campaigns, collateral, communications, events, and sales support initiatives.

You'll ensure materials are accurate, on schedule and aligned with campaign objectives, while maintaining up-to-date customer, product and marketing information.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in marketing coordination, sales support, administration, customer service, or a similar role.
• Experience with Mailchimp, Adobe and Canva is advantageous.
• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, events, promotions, or customer communications.
• Qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Highly organised with ability to manage competing priorities and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management and proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate development and delivery of promotional campaigns, marketing collateral, customer communications, events, and sales support initiatives.
• Ensure marketing collateral, catalogues, promotions, and customer communications are delivered accurately and on schedule.
• Execute campaign activities within agreed timelines and support campaign objectives.
• Prepare, review, and distribute customer-facing communications accurately and on time.
• Provide support to the sales team by actioning requests within agreed timeframes and to a high standard.
• Maintain accurate customer, product, and marketing information and monitor promotional stock.
