Toyota New Zealand Marketing is seeking a Marketing Specialist to turn strategy into engaging product campaigns. You will work with internal teams, agencies and partners from briefing to delivery and campaign reporting, impacting customer experiences across Toyota channels.

The role calls for a proactive, organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across functions to drive successful campaigns.

Formación

• 3+ years’ experience in marketing coordination/marketing project management.
• A relevant tertiary qualification (Marketing or Communications) is ideal but not essential.
• Experience leading cross-functional marketing initiatives & managing external agency relationships.
• Able to manage multiple priorities & deadlines.
• Competence in MS Office suite, with an interest in using AI tools to improve productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Project manage marketing campaigns & projects from planning & briefing through to execution, delivery, reporting & continuous improvement.
• Plan & deliver connected content for product campaigns, coordinating production, approvals, publishing & performance reporting across relevant Toyota channels.
• Bring internal teams, agencies & external partners together to deliver great outcomes.
• Deliver campaign activity & assets across relevant Toyota owned & paid media channels, ensuring alignment with Toyota’s brand guidelines & objectives.
• Use customer, media, website & product performance data to optimise activity & inform future recommendations.
• Contribute to Toyota Store communications, & other exciting initiatives across the business.
