Job summary

New Image International in Auckland, New Zealand is seeking a creative, organized designer for its marketing team. You'll translate ideas into polished content that members and customers see every day, working with the senior designer and helping to maintain on-brand visuals across channels.

The role covers social posts, reels, carousels, events graphics, newsletters, print and digital collateral, and support for the New Image GO app and website rollout.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design, ideally with social media content.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
• Confidence editing short video (Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar).
• A good eye for layout, typography and colour, and attention to detail.
• Practical knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other major platforms.
• Strong written English, comfortable with short captions and proofreading.
• The ability to juggle several projects, meet deadlines and take direction.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and send marketing EDMs, newsletters and more.
• Produce marketing collateral in print and digital formats, including flyers, banners, presentations and email graphics.

• Assist with editing short-form video and motion content for reels and stories.
• Support the roll-out of the New Image GO app and website with consistent, on-brand visuals.
• Adapt content for different countries and audiences, working with local teams where needed.
• Keep our brand guidelines, templates and asset library tidy and up to date.
• Track what's working and share ideas for what to try next.
• Work with the marketing team on creative marketing concepts.
