Job summary

Exclusive Tyre Distributors NZ, part of the National Tyre and Wheel Group, is seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our busy marketing team through to December 2026.

You will coordinate campaigns, schedule content, manage digital platforms, maintain marketing assets and assist with events and reporting, gaining hands-on experience across multiple brands and channels.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a full-time fixed-term position through to December 2026, created to provide additional support to our busy Marketing team during a period of growth and activity. You will work closely with the marketing team to coordinate campaigns, schedule content, manage digital platforms, support communications, maintain marketing assets and ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and start as soon as possible. If you're available immediately or have a short notice period, we'd love to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple brands.
• Schedule and manage social media content, maintaining content calendars and monitoring performance.
• Build and distribute EDM campaigns, maintain databases and support reporting.
• Update website and digital signage content (Yodeck) to ensure information is current and accurate.
• Create and adapt basic marketing assets, graphics and content using approved templates.
• Maintain marketing files, asset libraries and campaign materials.
• Assist with event preparation, promotional activities and general marketing administration.
• Provide reliable day-to-day support to ensure marketing projects are delivered on time.

ABOUT YOU

• Qualification or experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365.
• Comfortable using digital platforms, social media and content management systems.
• Positive, reliable and eager to learn.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
