Primary ITO is seeking a role to lead and support business development with Māori businesses through strong relationship building and collaboration across the organisation.

You will build the profile of Primary ITO, drive strategic engagement with Māori learners and partners, and design training solutions aligned with customer needs. A background in education or vocational learning and experience working with Māori communities are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business development, customer growth and strategic relationship management.
• Experience in the education sector and/or vocational learning environments with a strong, credible reputation that is trusted and results focussed.
• Experience partnering with Māori businesses and/or commercial environments.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbally.
• Knowledge of and experience with te reo Māori me ona tikanga.
• Understanding of the Agriculture and Horticulture sectors would be beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Lead business development and strategic engagement with Māori businesses.
• Build and enhance Primary ITO's profile and engagement strategy.
• Develop and implement training solutions based on understanding customer needs.
• Facilitate discussions and planning of annual business plans.
