Job summary

Taumata Arowai seeks a Manager, Workplace and Risk to lead risk, assurance, health and safety, and workplace services across the organisation. You will shape risk frameworks, oversee facilities and business continuity, and provide strategic guidance to leaders and governance groups.

You will foster a positive culture focused on safety, wellbeing and continuous improvement, partnering with teams nationwide and driving policy implementation.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership across risk, assurance, health and safety, workplace facilities or related corporate services.
• Proven experience developing and monitoring enterprise risk and assurance frameworks in NZ's public sector.
• Experience developing and implementing organisational policies, frameworks and operating procedures.
• Experience leading business continuity and organisational resilience planning.

• Shape the Authority's approach to risk, assurance and resilience.
• Lead health and safety, facilities, fleet and workplace services.
