It helps transform everyday experience and operationally disruptive, complex, and unexpected events into proactive insights that strengthen performance, build capability, and improve organisational outcomes.This role oversees the delivery of organisation-wide learning activities and reviews and ensures high-quality post-event learning processes that provide practical, work-as-done insights.As Manager Organisational Learning, you'll coordinate learning across the organisation, integrate findings from multiple sources, support capability building, and ensure recommendations are effectively implemented and sustained.
