It helps transform everyday experience and operationally disruptive, complex, and unexpected events into proactive insights that strengthen performance, build capability, and improve organisational outcomes.This role oversees the delivery of organisation-wide learning activities and reviews and ensures high-quality post-event learning processes that provide practical, work-as-done insights.As Manager Organisational Learning, you'll coordinate learning across the organisation, integrate findings from multiple sources, support capability building, and ensure recommendations are effectively implemented and sustained. Working closely with governance, operational leaders, oversight agencies, and external providers, the role plays a critical part in strengthening organisational performance and fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement.**Mōu | About you**You are an experienced people leader with expertise in organisational learning and continuous improvement within a complex or high-risk environment.As a strong relationship builder with high emotional intelligence, you can influence and engage stakeholders at all levels while leading a high-performing team.
