  • Understanding of tikanga Māori and a willingness to deepen knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi in local government.

You'll be a trusted advisor, strategic business partner, coach, and leader who helps shape the future of their organisation through their people. Reporting to the Group Manager People and Capability and leading a team of six HR professionals, you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening leadership capability, embedding their Ways of Working, and bringing their organisational strategy to life.
