You’ll be a trusted advisor, strategic business partner, coach, and leader who helps shape the future of their organisation through their people. Reporting to the Group Manager People and Capability and leading a team of six HR professionals, you’ll play a pivotal role in strengthening leadership capability, embedding their Ways of Working, and bringing their organisational strategy to life.
As Manager, Human Resources Service Delivery, you’ll lead the delivery of high-quality HR advice, employment relations, policy, compliance, and people initiatives across Council. You’ll partner closely with senior leaders to build capability, support organisational performance, and create an exceptional employee experience.
You will be a trusted partner to the Senior Leadership Team, and Business Partner to the Group Manager of People and Capability to help drive strategic priorities and strengthen the collective impact of the wider People and Capability function.
We’re looking for someone who is resilient, emotionally mature, and able to build trusted relationships at all levels. You’ll be comfortable navigating complexity, having courageous conversations when required, and supporting leaders to achieve better outcomes for their people and teams.
