Job summary

Ministry of Health - Manatū Hauora in Wellington is seeking a Senior HR Consultant for a fixed-term parental leave cover until September 2027. Qualifications

As a Senior HR Consultant, you’ll be a trusted partner to senior leaders across the Ministry, helping them navigate complex people challenges and build high-performing teams. You’ll provide strategic thinking and practical advice across workforce planning, leadership capability, organisational change and employment relations while contributing to initiatives that strengthen organisational capability and culture.
