Sills in Wanaka, Otago, is seeking an experienced Manager to lead the Wanaka store. This full-time role oversees staff, sales targets, store standards, and customer service.

As Store Manager you will drive daily operations, merchandising, POS, and compliance, while building strong relationships with customers and the local community. Experience in fashion retail management and leadership is essential for success.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Manager to lead our Wanaka store in Otago. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in driving the success of our retail operation. As Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, from managing staff and achieving sales targets to maintaining store standards and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop your store team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and till operations
• Maintain store presentation, merchandising standards and visual displays
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and relevant retail legislation
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and the local community
• Manage stock control to minimize errors and optimize availability.
• Communicate updates to Senior management with Weekly Meetings with other Managers.

• Experience in a similar retail setting or industry would be advantageous
