Job summary

Dawn Aerospace is seeking a Maintenance Controller to lead the maintenance systems for the Mk-II Aurora spaceplane. The role requires directing maintenance planning, execution, documentation, and control to meet approved procedures and regulatory standards.

You will drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across maintenance staff, engineers, and operators. You will work at the intersection of flight operations, maintenance, and certification, shaping the maintenance

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong leadership and decision-making in a fast-moving aerospace environment.
• Experience planing and supervising maintenance for complex systems, with attention to safety and reliability.
• Familiarity with uncrewed aircraft maintenance standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Mk-II maintenance, scheduled and unscheduled, to ensure airworthiness.
• Lead development and enforcement of the Maintenance Programme and related procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance training material and issue staff authorisations.
• Interface with design engineers to align maintenance with design data and inputs.
