Trade Assist is seeking reliable Machine Operators for ongoing casual opportunities in a busy New Zealand production environment. You will operate machinery, perform quality checks and handle manual duties in a fast-paced setting.

Shifts include Afternoon, Morning and Night options with training and support provided. Previous production experience is beneficial, and there is opportunity to develop your skills over time.

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Machine Operators to join our team for an exciting opportunity within a busy production environment.

This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who are reliable, safety conscious and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and shift times may vary depending on operational requirements.

Your Duties

• Machine Operations
• Quality Checks
• Forklift driving (if qualified)
• Manual Handling
• Other general duties as required

What we need from you

• Reliable and punctual
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual and repetitive work
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Comfortable following instructions and established procedures
• Available for ongoing casual work

Previous experience in production, manufacturing, warehousing or labouring is advantageous, but full training may be provided for the right candidate.

Shift Availability Opportunities are:

• Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday, 2 PM to 10 PM
• Morning Shift: Sunday to Tuesday 5 AM to 5 PM and Wednesday 5 AM to 11 AM.
• Night Shift: Wednesday 5 PM to 11 PM, Thursday to Saturday 5 PM to 5 AM

Other shift patterns might become available at a later date.
