Fulton Hogan Ltd in Invercargill is seeking a reliable Machine Operator/Labourer to join our Surfacing Team on a permanent, full-time basis. You’ll operate a range of plant including tractors, rollers and loaders, while supporting sealing and surfacing projects across Southland.

Qualifications

• Full Class 2 licence and/or WTR endorsements preferred.
• Experience in surfacing, sealing, or civil construction preferred but not essential.
• Mechanical aptitude and a methodical, hands-on approach to work.
• Good communication, reliable timekeeping and a customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn and be part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate a range of plant and equipment including tractors, rollers, and loaders.
• Support sealing and surfacing activities across Southland projects.

• Carry out routine plant checks and day-to-day care of machinery.
