Job summary

Fulton Hogan in Greymouth invites you to join our Reseal Crew for hands-on work across reseal and surfacing projects on the West Coast. You will operate plant and support the crew to meet programme targets with safety as a priority.

Join a team that values ownership, teamwork, and practical problem-solving, while you build skills and contribute to community projects in the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in road construction, surfacing, sealing, or reseal work.
• Full Class 2 licence with WTR endorsements; Class 4+ and Dangerous Goods Endorsement advantageous.
• Willingness to work away from home and on shift when required.
• Proactive safety mindset with strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant, machinery, and equipment safely across reseal and surfacing works.
• Support the crew to deliver work to programme while meeting quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Work closely with your team and leaders to keep communication clear and the job moving.
• Help maintain plant, equipment, and work sites in a safe and tidy condition.

Join Fulton Hogan as part of our Reseal Crew in Greymouth. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work with the crew to deliver good work safely, on time, and to a high standard across reseal and surfacing projects on the West Coast.

You’ll be part of a team that backs each other, takes ownership, and knows when to switch on and get the job done. We take the work seriously, not ourselves, and you’ll have the chance to build your skills while making a real impact in the communities we work in.

• Experience in road construction, surfacing, sealing, or reseal work.
