Job summary

Farmers MAC counter is seeking a Studio Manager to lead a beauty counter with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service in New Zealand.

You will coach a small team, implement promotional initiatives, and ensure stock levels are well managed to drive counter growth and brand presence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working within the Retail and or Beauty industry and achieving sales targets.
• A passion for all things Beauty, and helping customers feel great about themselves.
• Strong technical competency in makeup artistry, ideally a certificate or diploma in makeup artistry.
• Great time management, problem solving and communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail and making all things, including your Counter look beautiful!
• Experience managing a small team would also be an advantage.

This is a permanent full-time position. The successful candidate will work the following roster:

• Tuesday: 8:45am - 3:30pm
• Thursday: 8:30am - 5pm
• Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Saturday: 9am - 6:15pm

The Role:

You will be a natural born leader who works well in a team and can lead by example, share their knowledge and skills, be open to implementing new business ideas and above all want to grow your counter and business to its full potential. You will also:

• Manage targets and sales figures
