Job summary

Bobbi Brown Studio Manager - Centre Place at Farmers is seeking a dynamic leader to drive the Bobbi Brown counter. You will lead by example, manage targets, mentor a small team and implement new promotions to grow the counter and the business.

The role requires strong stock control and a passion for beauty. Ideal candidates will have proven retail/beauty experience, a certificate or diploma in makeup artistry, and excellent time management, problem solving and communication skills.

Bobbi Brown has changed the face of make-up - literally - starting with the launch of their lipsticks and foundation range. They have come a long way from just the essentials. Today, you will be able to find every shade of foundation and eye shadow, to amazing skin care and brushes.

This is a permanent full-time position. The successful candidate will work the following roster:

• Tuesday: 11am - 6:15pm
• Thursday: 10am - 4:30pm
• Friday: 8:45am - 5pm
• Saturday: 10am - 6:15pm

The Role:

You will be a natural born leader who works well in a team and can lead by example, share their knowledge and skills, be open to implementing new business ideas and above all want to grow your counter and business to its full potential. You will also:

• Manage targets and sales figures

• Manage and maintain appropriate stock levels
• Be the glue that holds the counter together.

About You:

We are seeking a Studio Manager to join our team who has:

• Proven experience working within the Retail and or Beauty industry and achieving sales targets.
• A passion for all things Beauty, and helping our customers feel great about themselves.
• Strong technical competency in makeup artistry, ideally a certificate or diploma in makeup artistry.
• Great time management, problem solving and communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail and making all things, including your Counter look beautiful!
• Experience managing a small team would also be an advantage.
