Job summary

Rockgas in Auckland is seeking a delivery driver to operate in a mostly sole-charge role after initial training. You will load and unload LPG cylinders, deliver them across the Auckland area, and maintain strict health and safety standards.

We will support you to obtain a Class 2 license, and the role includes a medical check with drug and alcohol testing and a criminal record check. A team-oriented workplace with competitive benefits awaits.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a full Class 1 licence.
• Experience driving a truck, preferably in a delivery role.
• Very good level of physical fitness to move LPG cylinders.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic, integrity and adaptability.
• Flexibility to work outside normal hours and in all weather conditions.
• DG licence is an advantage and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• You will often work in a sole charge capacity after initial training.
• Move LPG cylinders, load/unload them onto trucks and deliver around the Auckland area.
• The company emphasises health and safety and a safe work environment.
