Job summary

LifeHealthcare in New Zealand is seeking a motivated warehouse team member to receive and replenish surgical kits, track inventory movements, and ensure instruments are complete and ready for use. You will work closely with Customer Service, Territory Managers, and Supply Chain teams, supporting stock control and a safe, organized warehouse.

Full training will be provided; you will participate in on-call duties and occasional after-hours work.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing and logistics is beneficial.
• Experience in healthcare or hospital environments is beneficial.
• Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and replenishing kits after surgical procedures.
• Tracking inventory movements and maintaining accurate records.
• Maintaining and checking instruments to ensure they are complete and ready for use.
• Working closely with Customer Service, Territory Managers and Supply Chain teams.
• Assisting with stock control, cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
• Supporting a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.
• Participating in on-call and occasional after-hours activities when required.

What you will be doing:

• Receiving and replenishing kits after surgical procedures

Don't worry if you haven't worked with surgical loan kits before. Full training will be provided.

Additional Requirements

• Availability to participate in an on-call roster
• Flexibility to work occasional out-of-hours requirements
• Participation in periodic stocktakes and inventory counts
• Full New Zealand driver's licence
