Job summary

LifeHealthcare in Auckland, part of EBOS MedTech, seeks a hands-on warehouse assistant to support surgical kit handling and inventory control. Full training is provided; you will collaborate with Customer Service, Territory Managers and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing or logistics preferred.
• Inventory control or stores experience beneficial.
• Healthcare or hospital environments exposure valued.
• Customer service experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and replenishing kits after surgical procedures.
• Tracking inventory movements and maintaining accurate records.
• Maintaining and checking instruments to ensure they are complete and ready for use.
• Working closely with Customer Service, Territory Managers and Supply Chain teams.
• Assisting with stock control, cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
• Supporting a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment.
• Participating in on-call and occasional after-hours activities when required.

What you will be doing:

• Receiving and replenishing kits after surgical procedures

Don't worry if you haven't worked with surgical loan kits before. Full training will be provided.

Additional Requirements

• Availability to participate in an on-call roster
• Flexibility to work occasional out-of-hours requirements
• Participation in periodic stocktakes and inventory counts
• Full New Zealand driver's licence
