Job summary

6ESTATES PTE. LTD. is seeking an AI/ML specialist to advance prompting, tuning, and deployment of LLMs and agents. You will design scalable experiments and collaborate with the team to shape production-ready systems.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in data science or AI research, strong Python, and a track record in NLP/LLM fundamentals, with experience in PyTorch, LangChain, and Hugging Face.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on data science, ML, or AI research.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Solid understanding of NLP/CV/LLM fundamentals (Transformers, Attention).
• Experience with DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and libraries (Hugging Face, LangChain).
• Experience fine-tuning LLMs and building LLM-based agents.
• Publications in top conferences desirable.
• English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize prompting and tuning for LLMs and agents.
• Develop and enhance in-house AI training/inference platform for scalability.
• Perform R&D in LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and agents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy LLMs in production.
