Job summary

6ESTATES PTE. LTD. is seeking an AI/ML specialist to advance prompting, tuning, and deployment of LLMs and agents. You will design scalable experiments and collaborate with the team to shape production-ready systems.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in data science or AI research, strong Python, and a track record in NLP/LLM fundamentals, with experience in PyTorch, LangChain, and Hugging Face.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on data science, ML, or AI research.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Solid understanding of NLP/CV/LLM fundamentals (Transformers, Attention).
• Experience with DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and libraries (Hugging Face, LangChain).
• Experience fine-tuning LLMs and building LLM-based agents.
• Publications in top conferences desirable.
• English communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and optimize prompting and tuning techniques for Large Language Models (LLMs)and LLM-based agents.
2. Develop and enhance the in-house AI training and inference platform to improve scalability and performance.
3. Conduct cutting-edge research and development in LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation(RAG), and agents.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy LLMs and agents into production environments.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or AI research, with proficiency in Python.
3. Strong understanding of NLP/CV/LLM fundamentals, including Transformers and Attention, etc.
4. Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) and related libraries (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain).
5. Having experience in fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) and developing LLM-based agents.
6. Publications in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, CVPR, etc.) are highly desirable.
7. Having experience in applying AI techniques to solve financial problems is a plus.
8. Excellent communication skills; both in written and spoken English.
