Alignerr is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Expert (AI Training) to author high‑fidelity reasoning traces that teach how an LLM should plan, use tools, and decide. This remote, hourly contract offers 10–40 hours per week and collaboration with leading AI research labs.

You will design structured decision-making workflows, review traces for clarity and rigor, and develop data strategies for multi‑step scenarios while working independently in an async environment.

Formación

• Experience in ML/AI research with hands-on model work.
• Ability to decompose problems into structured, logical steps.
• Familiar with LLM evaluation and training methodologies.
• Detail-oriented with high technical accuracy.
• Clear communication for well-documented traces.

Responsabilidades

• Author high-fidelity reasoning traces for LLM planning and decision-making.
• Design and document structured decision-making workflows for senior architectural thinking.
• Review and provide expert feedback on traces from other contributors.
• Develop data strategies to navigate multi-step real-world scenarios.
• Collaborate with a global team working with leading AI labs.
• Complete tasks independently and asynchronously.
