Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Livestock Farm Manager to oversee operations at a cattle ranch near Queenstown. You will lead daily livestock care, pasture rotation, and staff management to ensure health, welfare and productivity of the herd.

The successful candidate will hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or Agriculture, have at least 5 years of livestock experience, and demonstrate strong leadership, record-keeping, and practical farm machinery skills in a rural

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in livestock management, preferably cattle.
• Strong knowledge of animal health, nutrition, and breeding practices.
• Experience in managing farm staff and operations.
• Proficiency in record-keeping and basic farm machinery operation.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a rural setting.
