Job summary

PGG Wrightson in Dunedin is seeking an enthusiastic Administrator for a fixed-term, full-time role from November 2026 to March 2027. Based in Vogel Street, you will support the Livestock Administration team with day-to-day tasks and accurate processing of livestock transactions.

Responsibilities include handling queries, providing strong administrative support, and collaborating with the wider livestock teams and Finance to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High level of accuracy and keen eye for detail.
• Excellent customer service experience and willingness to help customers.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and accounting software.
• Ability to work well in a team and autonomously.
• Knowledge of the rural sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process livestock transactions and handle day-to-day administration.
• Resolve a range of queries from internal and external customers.
• Provide strong administration support with a focus on numbers.
