Job summary

Dunedin Holiday Park is seeking a reliable Grounds & Maintenance Team Member for a live-in role in Dunedin. You will care for lawns, gardens and general maintenance to keep the park welcoming for guests.

The position is 32 hours per week with on-site accommodation provided, and some on-call duties to support guests after hours. Prior hands-on maintenance or gardening experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance, gardening, building or similar hands-on role.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining lawns, gardens and outdoor areas.
• General property and grounds maintenance.
• Painting and general property presentation.
• Keeping communal areas clean and well presented.
• Assisting with rubbish and recycling.
