Responsibilities

• Client communication and providing practical, commercially sound advice.
• Drafting and reviewing litigation documents under guidance of senior lawyers.
• Attending court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences with senior lawyers.
• Case management and liaising with clients and witnesses.
• Conducting thorough legal research to support case preparation.
