Qualifications

• NZ admitted solicitor with 3–5 years PQE in litigation and/or public law.
• Experience across civil, commercial, regulatory or broader litigation.
• Strong analytical ability and sound legal judgement.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Advise public-sector clients on complex legal issues.
• Manage litigation and regulatory matters.
• Prepare legal opinions, pleadings and submissions.
• Assist with hearings, trials and other proceedings.
• Develop practical strategies for complex disputes.
• Work collaboratively with senior lawyers and clients.
• Build strong relationships across a diverse client base.
