Job summary

Franklin Smith Group in Auckland, North Island, is recruiting Limited Licensed Electricians for major nationwide projects across New Zealand's critical infrastructure. You will read design documentation and perform installation of containment, cabling, switchboards, and commissioning, while upholding safety and high-quality standards.

Candidates must hold NZ Electrical Registration with a current Limited Licence and a NZ driver's licence; team players with good time management and communication

Qualifications

• New Zealand Electrical Registration and current Limited Licence.
• NZ Drivers Licence.
• Experience as an electrician within large, complex construction projects.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand and implement the design documentation.
• Carry out new work on the project, including installation of containment, cabling, termination fittings, reticulation, switchboards, and commissioning.
• Ensure all work is undertaken to a high standard, compliant, safe and efficient operation, taking into account the financial goals of the projects.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with trades staff, contractors and clients.
• Be a team player, with great time management and communication skills.
• Ensuring a high level of health and safety for all staff and contracts.
