Qualifications

• NZ Certificate in Carpentry with demonstrated experience.
• Be proficient at reading and interpreting build plans and specifications.
• Full NZ Driver’s license.
• Be a positive leader and mentor for other team members.
• Produce high-quality work within applicable timeframes while delivering excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor carpentry teams to deliver quality builds.
• Maintain site safety and compliance with health & safety standards.
• Read and interpret building plans and specifications to guide workmanship.
• Collaborate with clients and supervisors to ensure project timelines are met.
