• Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and equity-centred educational practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching in Inclusive Education and Disability Studies.
• Supervise Masters and PhD research students.
• Develop and enhance undergraduate and postgraduate curriculum.
• Build and maintain a programme of high-quality research and scholarly publications.
• Seek external and internal research funding opportunities.
• Participate in conferences and knowledge mobilisation activities.
• Contribute to School, Faculty and University service initiatives.
