Job summary

You'll mentor engineers, secure resources, and maintain analysis tools while collaborating with product teams to shape requirements and risk posture across missions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or similar field.
• 5+ years industry experience in aerospace, automotive, or marine sectors.
• Strong physics with first principles problem solving.
• Experience with CFD and thermal modelling packages.
• Engineering programming in Python with common data libraries.

Responsibilities

• Lead Thermofluids Analysis team across aero, thermal and propellant domains.
• Direct concept trades, assess performance, environments and requirements.
• Mentor engineers, manage resources, and ensure on-time delivery of projects.
• Develop tools and capabilities for analyses and engage stakeholders.
