Lincoln University is seeking a dedicated Scholarships Programme Coordinator to lead the Future Leader Scholarship Programme from our Lincoln Campus. The role involves delivering learning experiences, coordinating workshops, and ensuring outcomes align with the university’s strategic priorities.
You will work with scholars, staff, industry partners and stakeholders to drive community impact projects and leadership development.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience planning, implementing, and coordinating programmes.
- Knowledge of leadership principles and facilitating adult learning.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Future Leader Scholarship application and selection processes.
- Design and deliver leadership workshops and development opportunities.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on programme performance and outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and sponsors.
- Oversee scholar-led projects; provide coaching and guidance to leaders.
- Support wider scholarship administration and student enquiries.
