AECOM is seeking a Site Civil Engineer in Wellington to support the Te Awa Kairangi (RiverLink) project, a major live transport infrastructure delivery. You will collaborate with construction, design and client teams to solve practical engineering challenges and deliver critical infrastructure for future generations.

You will also contribute to AECOM's broader Wellington transport and water project portfolio, applying QA processes, coordinating with contractors, and mentoring junior engineers

Formación

• Practical, technically capable engineer with construction understanding.
• Experience coordinating with contractors and design teams on site.
• Knowledge of QA processes and construction methods.

Responsabilidades

• Lead site inspections to ensure design, quality and safety compliance.
• Inspect civil/structural works including utilities, drainage, foundations and walls.
• Review ITPs and oversee quality documentation and pre-pour checks.
• Identify challenges and coordinate practical solutions with teams.
• Coordinate with project managers, client and alliance partners to drive delivery.
• Assess design changes and mentor junior engineers on site inspections.
• Promote safety culture and drive continuous improvement on site.
