Job summary

NZ Transport Agency (NZTA) / Waka Kotahi is seeking a Principal Advisor Regulatory System Design to shape system-level interventions for safer land transport. You will lead design work, guide complex regulatory initiatives and provide strategic advice to senior leaders across the organisation.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, influence regulatory practice and help build capability across teams while embracing Te Tiriti principles and Te Ao Māori considerations.

Qualifications

• Experience designing system-level regulatory interventions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
• Ability to communicate clearly to support senior decision-making.
