Halter is seeking an epic React Native engineer to lead and shape our mobile app for farmers and graziers. You’ll own the end-to-end iOS and Android experience, working across TypeScript, React Native, and native bridges to deliver scalable, reliable features.

Qualifications

• Deep in React Native with strong opinions on mobile architecture (navigation, state, module boundaries).
• Experience shipping complex React Native apps in cross-functional teams.
• Thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with focus on performance and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of core React Native features, including native modules/bridges where it makes sense.
• Bring a strong product lens—work with design and product to ship high-impact features quickly.
• Use AI tools to boost quality and speed without compromising tests.
• Drive app performance from multiple angles and optimize offline behavior.
• Evolve our mobile design system and UI patterns; mentor junior engineers.
